Malwarebytes is a wonderful product but it does have some shortcomings that prevent it from being a good choice for everyone. For instance, it costs more than some of its competitors for a single device subscription. It’s also not as robust as other devices in terms of features.
Malwarebytes offers multiple layers of security including web protection and ransomware protection. It also offers malware and adware protection, as well as removal and detection. Customers who pay for the service get access to these features in addition to other features. Clicking on the corkscrew on the lower right-hand corner of the dashboard lets them control the settings of the software. It’s not offering the same level of protection against identity theft as some of its competitors, but this should soon change since it acquired Cyrus Security.
